WHAT IS PRANAYAM?

AIR WE BREATHE IS IMPORTANT AND IT GIVES LIFE ( PRAN ) PLAYING WITH AIR WE BREATH IS PRANAYAM.

WHAT PRANAYAM DOES?

IF I SAY IT DOES NOTHING MUCH THEN WILL YOU NOT DO IT !? IF SO DON’T DO BEACUSE IT DOES UNBELIEVABLE THINGS TO HUMANS NOT TO “BENEFIT SEEKERS”

5 SIMPLE PRANAYAMS FOR YOU

1. KAPALBHATI

▪︎Sit in comfortable position

▪︎Take in full deep air from both nostriles

▪︎Now exhale it forcefully from both nostrils

▪︎Repeat it 20 time, it the one round

▪︎Do 3 Rounds Daily

2. ANULOM VILOM

▪︎Sit comfortably

▪︎Put your small finger and ring finger of right hand over left nostril, and thumb on right

▪︎Take in air from left and close it using small and ring finger

▪︎At the same time take the air out from right one

▪︎Then take air in from right nostril, and close it with thumb

▪︎At the same time take the air out from left one

▪︎That was one round. Do 5 rounds.

3. UJJYEI PRANAYAM

▪︎Take air in and out from nostrils, long and deep air.

▪︎Just shrink your neck, without any support

▪︎So as sound of air in and out is audible.

4. BHASTRIKA PRANAYAM

▪︎Take air in from nostrils forcefully

▪︎Immediately take air out forcefully

▪︎It’s one round, do 3 sets of 20 rounds

5. SHEETLI PRAYANAM

▪︎Open your mouth and roll your tongue, take air inside from mouth.

▪︎Now close your mouth, exhale from nostrils.

▪︎This was 1 round. Do 15
